The Salina Turda Salt Mine Museum in Turda, Romania goes 120 meters underground and is filled with salt mining machinery, photos, stories, and lighting that will amaze. The museum has turned into an amazing tourist destination with underground boat rides, miniature golf, and other fun activities along with the standard museum items. The equipment, lights, and walls of the caverns produce fantastic photo opportunities, as you see here. Above ground, five large salt water swimming areas were formed from collapsed mine tunnels.
