Yes, you schedule is probably already filled to overflowing, but if you want to succeed, you must find a way to have a healthy body. You will have more energy, better focus, and achieve more in the remaining hours of your day, if you get fit.
6. Evaluate Your Friends
Look around at the people in your life. You have some friends who motivate you, support you, and help you achieve. You have other friends who moan, groan, complain, beg, borrow, and ridicule. It is time to spend more time with the friends who inspire, and avoid the friends who drag you down.
7. Play It Again Sam
There is an old adage in sports and business that says “Rinse, Lather, Repeat”. When you find something that works, keep doing it, but watch for subtle ways to improve. Do not forget to watch out for when it stops working, but until then, “Rinse, Lather, Repeat”.
You only have so much energy in your life. You must choose if you want to use it to achieve your goals or to hold a grudge. Forgive them, move on, and watch their jaws drop as your skyrocket away from them.
