The Windows Socket was designed by Kyoho Song and Boa Oh as a simple way to recharge your phone in your office, at home, in the airport, or even on the airplane. The Windows Socket is a solar collector that suctions onto a window to begin creating power from sunlight. The opposite side of the Windows Socket is what makes the device so unique. On the back you have a standard electrical socket so you can plug in your phone without extra adapters or charging a battery first.
The design is simple, effective, and easy to take with you on the road. They design has won several awards and was named as one of the top 50 designs in 2013.
