Cities all over the world waste money on posting signs to tell skateboarders to stay away, then pay police and security to enforce the rules. The forward thinkers in Haderslev, Denmark took a different direction. They teamed up with a pair of Danish firms, CEBRA and Glifberg+Lykke, to design and build the StreetDome Skate Park to give skateboarders and amazing place to play. The StreetDome covers 65,000 square feet of space covered with incredible ramps, tubes, and excitement.
Instead of us telling you how cool StreetDome is, take a ride along with Kriss Kyle as he rips around the skateboarding park show off his skill and all the cool features of the park. Maybe if cities chose to save the money from all those signs and security guards, they could afford to build parks like StreetDome in their cities.
